The Proposal
Our proposal for 40 Park Road is to create a new purpose-built rental building that embodies architectural excellence and a timeless design. Just steps away from the Bloor-Yonge subway station, the new building will have quality rental homes, including the full replacement of the existing rental units, in an area with an abundance of amenities – including the Rosedale Ravine. We’re excited to be putting forward a design that thoughtfully preserves and enhances two key features of the site – the natural character of the ravine and the heritage building at 50 Park Road.
